Co-create Wedding Day Vision

  • Work with couple to establish event budget
  • Create and manage event planning timeline
  • Be available for unlimited phone and email questions
  • Meet with bride(s) and/or groom(s) up to 10 times prior to the wedding
  • Maintain an updated list of all guests attending the event
  • Manage wedding day details, from decor elements to the flow of the ceremony

Vendor Booking and Communication

  • Initiate vendor communication and book all vendors to fit your budget and style
  • Create and maintain an event expense sheet and payment schedule
  • Review vendor contracts and maintain all vendor communications
  • Provide a detailed day-of timeline for all contracted vendors and speakers

Décor design and creation

  • Create an event theme and color palette
  • Provide design ideas and planning
  • Coordinate DIY projects to be executed by volunteers

Day-Of

  • Event coordination – two Together Events will be present on the event day to coordinate the run-of-show and manage last-minute details
  • Supervision of venue setup (flowers, décor, bar, catering, etc.)
  • Act as a liaison between you and your vendors to insure that your ideas are carried out and activities are kept on time
